II. Sopro, Rust, textile, plastic, transducers, 2023

From breath, the exchange - what goes in, what comes out
From sound, making it sound - it's wind
Sound and vibration come into conversation, and the matter where both intersect.
Time and air come into conversation, and the matter where both intersect
On the breath and the continuous flow of air that comes and goes,
We look at the transformation of the medium:
What happens when metal is touched by air and oxidizes,
What happens when the shruti is touched by air and empties,
What happens when the harmonic is touched by air and empties,
What happens when we filter frequencies to hear their wind,
What happens to this wind that comes through the window.

Using matter in composition: By subverting the internal structures of the entrance windows, we amplify both metaphysically - through vibration and psychoacoustics - and acoustically. Amplifying sounds through matter brings windows and process to resonate as a whole. What we see and hear here is a symbiosis of Guy Fleisher and Daniela Lino's working processes, in resonance."
